Scott Petty is the Global Product Manager of Pumps and Filters for Hayward, responsible for driving growth of these core product categories. He leads new product development opportunities, especially in the rapidly changing environment of energy efficiency. Previously, he managed Hayward’s test facilities and agency compliance activities. Over the course of fourteen years in the pool industry, he has cultivated a broad expertise in energy efficiency and hydraulics. Scott has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
