Rick Black began his career in the swimming pool industry in 1992. He owned and operated two retail and construction stores specializing in the sale and installation of fiberglass pools. In 2000 he, along with two business partners, purchased a fiberglass pool manufacturing company and created the brand Trilogy. Trilogy was sold to Latham Pool Products, Inc. in 2011. Since joining Latham, Rick has served the Fiberglass Division in the roles of Assistant Operations Director, Director of Warranty and Field Services, Southeastern Business Development Manager and is currently the Fiberglass Product Director.
