Isaac Keselman has his BS in Finance and Accounting from Montclair State University. He was raised in the plumbing and heating industry and learned about hydraulics, heat transfer, and water since he could hold a flashlight. He started in the swimming pool industry in 1985 as a service/maintenance tech on a weekly service route in NJ during a summer job. Upon completing university in 1995, he expanded his business to include minor construction projects and renovations as he was often asked to diagnose and correct problems that seemed to stem from substandard construction practices and material selection, to application and improper implementation. By the late 1990s he was fully emerged in residential gunite pool construction, service, and maintenance. Keselman is an active member of the NESPA Metro Chapter, where he currently serves as a Director, has been the Education Chair since 2017, and previously served as President. He is currently the NESPA Vice President, Education Chair, 2025 Pool and Spa Show (powered by NESPA) Chair, and honored as a member of the NESPA ¼ Century Club. He also serves on the PHTA Builders Council and is a Master CBP with GENESIS.
