How do I access the GENESIS® Symposium?
After you register for the event, log in to Please make sure to log in with the email that you used to register. Access to this conference is only available to you as the paid registrant. Please do not share your details with others as your email access could be compromised.



When and where will the GENESIS® Symposium be?
The GENESIS® Symposium was held virtually live from March 16-18, 2021. All sessions are available to watch on-demand March 19 through April 30, on your own schedule. Learn more in the Attendee Resource Guide.

Is the GENESIS® Symposium for beginner or advanced pool builders? Newbies or Pool Building Pros?
All of the above! The Symposium offers a range of educational programming. From engineering, design, and construction to business, the GENESIS® Symposium has programming for builders at all levels and across a variety of genres – and you can build a custom schedule that is perfect for you.

Do I need anything special on my computer?
The GENESIS® Symposium is hosted on the 6Connex virtual platform. 6Connex recommends that attendees use Chrome or Firefox browsers. When attending the Symposium, please ensure you are not on a VPN or firewalled connection that could be blocking streaming media. What should I have with me for the Symposium?
A notebook and pen are necessities, because with what these presenters have in store for you, you going to be brimming with information, inspiration, secrets, strategies, and new ideas to try.

Will you be streaming the programming? Will it be recorded?
The live event had a mix of live and pre-recorded sessions. All sessions will be available to watch on-demand from March 19 through April 30 to ensure all attendees can view all sessions of interest to them.

I'm all signed up! How do I stay informed of announcements and notifications?
We send attendees updates and announcements directly at the email address you used when you registered, so keep an eye on your inbox.

How many CEUs will I receive?
If you attend all sessions and complete the required event survey, you will be eligible to receive 24 PHTA CEUs and 2.4 IACET CEUs.

When will I receive my CEUs?
CEUs will not be tabulated until after the close of the event on April 30. If you need your CEUs earlier for recertification and have completed the courses you require, please email
